I loved the food there and more than that paintings which makes the restaurant even more memorable. The restaurant has amazing designed interiors which made my dining experience even better. They also have a bakery in the hotel which provides great range of delicacies with gourmet experience and refreshing beverages.
For assorted nature of celebrations they provide a range of 15 banquets and meeting rooms for the conferences. Providing the basic royal amenities, Grand Mercure also provides with the luxuries like a fitness centre with well – equipped modern equipments, an open – air swimming pool to relax and refresh.
The Grand Mercure sculptures designed in the porch are carved out of the single stone which was told to me by the manager of the hotel. I saw different sculptures at various locations in the hotel when I roamed around. The manager also told us that the artworks, paintings and the sculptures are the main attraction for the people and the visitors which are designed by various famous painters and a person who got Padma Vibhushan.
The hotel has an exclusive on – property wine shop which has a great range of wines. I loved it personally. For a solo woman traveller, this hotel provides amazing facilities.
