With a jute-rope covered spindle in the centre and a circular ramp on which beautiful male and female models ramp-walked, the set up of the Symphony Of Weaves was as grand as PM Narendra Modi’s vision, which is, “From Farm to Fibre, Fibre to Factory, Factory to Fashion, Fashion to Foreign Exports”.
Symphony Of Weaves was a fashion show that was organised and produced by IMG Reliance Industries Ltd on the very first day of Textiles India 2017 in the textile capital of India — Gujarat. It was one-of-a-kind fashion show as it honoured the story of Indian Textiles while rolling out unique creations of art & design. Textiles India 2017 is tagged as the international B2B textiles in India, held between 30th June and 2nd July.
Attended by Union Minister of Textile Smt. Smriti Irani, Shri Ajay Tamta, Minister of State for Textiles and Industry Commissioner of Gujarat Smt.
